Thank you for your question. In my view, you need to take the step very carefully with proper wisdom. If this mentioned guy is reliable and good, you may think of him for nikah but don't tell anything about past. This is totally against the wisdom and Islamic Shariah also discourages to disclose such things. It may create seriour problems for you. If he is not reliable, you may look for who is better and good for this great cause.
