Booking Facilities
The Birmingham Central Mosque Trust allows for the booking and hiring of selected rooms and halls for public use. If any individual or organisation wishes to book any facility, they may call the mosque office make the appropriate arrangements.
It is preferred that clients personally visit the mosque so that they may view the facility or room beforehand and so that they can leave a deposit for their booking. Full payment is requested after the event but may be paid in advance, if preferred.
The rates for bookings are non-negotiable. Any non-commercial or charity-based users wishing to obtain discount in this respect may contact the management directly. A request of this nature must be put into writing and passed forward via the mosque office. To contact any members of management or the chairman regarding this matter please visit the main office.
Following are the revised booking fees for facilities at the Birmingham Central Mosque as of 01/09/2009:

* Minimum booking/payment for 2 hours.
** Cleaning & Services charges £ 40.00 for each area, but in case of using more than two areas at a time total charges would be £ 60.00
CLEANING CHARGES ARE NOT OPTIONAL. THEY MUST BE PAID WITH EVERY BOOKING AND THERE IS ONE SET OF CLEANING CHARGES PER AREA.
